Welcome to SoulVisionLift! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the spiritual growth courses and conscious leadership development we offer. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Engagement and Participation

  • Engaging our spiritual growth services creates a binding agreement subject to our cancellation terms.
  • Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their spiritual needs and transformation requirements.
  • We reserve the right to decline service in cases of incomplete information or disruption to the spiritual growth process.
  • Use of our meditation platforms and materials must comply with our usage guidelines.

3. Quality and Scope of Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality spiritual growth courses with certified spiritual professionals.
  • The scope and deliverables of each spiritual growth service are defined in the respective service agreements.
  • We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental spiritual objectives.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and commitment for spiritual transformation.

4. Payments and Service Terms

  • Payment for spiritual growth courses is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each service.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.

5. Refund Policy

At SoulVisionLift, we are committed to client satisfaction and spiritual excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Service Period: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their first spiritual growth course if they are not satisfied with our spiritual approach or transformation methodology.
  • Services in Progress: For ongoing spiritual growth courses where work has begun but the service is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of services completed and administrative expenses.
  • Completed Services: Once a spiritual growth course has been completed as outlined in the service agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon spiritual content.
  • Course Packages: For multi-course spiritual growth programs and intensive transformation programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of courses remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing spiritual support and meditation subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed within the billing cycle.
  • Spiritual Consultation Programs: Individual spiritual consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Digital Spiritual Access: Access to meditation resources, recorded consultations, and spiritual preparation resources is non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@SoulVisionLift.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that spiritual matters can be deeply personal. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, spiritual progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns while honoring the spiritual nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and spiritual growth information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential information from services without authorization.
  • Recording of spiritual sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
  • All spiritual insights and personal sharing within services are to be held in professional confidence.

7. Spiritual Practice and Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that spiritual growth is a personal process requiring individual commitment and cooperation.
  • SoulVisionLift provides guidance and tools, but clients are responsible for their own spiritual decisions and personal growth.
  • Our services are professional and spiritual in nature, not medical or therapeutic treatments.
  • Clients should consult spiritual professionals for complex spiritual matters beyond basic mindfulness training.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to spiritual changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Canadian law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Canada is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
